The Challenge

- The team ran a quick survey across the portfolio companies to identify categories where they needed the most help: Packaging, Freight, Ingredients
- Tenzing quickly mobilized deep experts in these categories along with a support team delivery including a fractional engagement leader and analyst
The Results
- In the first wave, Tenzing deployed Experts with experience optimizing and sourcing billions of dollars worth of Packaging and Freight (network optimization and design, intermodal transport, and sourcing service providers)
- The Tenzing team executed eight strategic sourcing projects for Packaging and five for Freight
