The Journey

- Tenzing developed a savings tracking system that provides month-to-month visibility and tracking from savings identification through to realization (true bottom-line impact)
- Tenzing also built a spend dashboard that the client uses to run spend trend analyses, tracking compliance and identifying additional potential savings opportunities throughout the year
